1. OVERVIEW

1.1 Our refund and return lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original and undamaged packaging.

1.3 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.4 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

1.5 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1.5.1 special or custom items

1.5.2 Items that have been sourced specifically for you

2. REFUNDS

2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit care or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

3.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

3.2 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.3 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3.4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@wealdenrehab.com.

4. SALE ITEMS

4.1 Only regular price items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. EXCHANGES

5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fulfilment@weladnerehab.com and we will arrange an exchange.

6. SHIPPING RETURNS BACK TO USĀ 

6.1 If you are looking to return items please contact us so we can provide you the instructions for doing so. Items will need to be returned to our warehouse at:

6.1.1 CareSpaces (C/O Wealden Rehab), 113 Hopewell Drive, Chatham, Kent, ME5 7NP

6.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own transport costs for returning your item. Transport costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

6.4 If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
